Publications

My published works to date fall into two general categories: academic publications based on my primary areas of research and teaching interest in East Asian religion, history, and culture; and news reporting, analyses, and features covering North Korea. These include one peer-reviewed academic journal article, a book review, news articles and analyses for NK News and NK Pro, and writing the index for one monograph, as well as other writing. In the future I intend to write books, chapters, more journal articles and reviews, and hope to contribute op-eds and analyses. See my Research & Projects page for projects that may lead to future publications.
